Do you deploy capital yourselves?
No. CGA is non-lending and non-fiduciary — we do not deploy capital, manage funds or assume credit authority. We design the architecture that allows banks and DFIs to do so credibly and at scale.
How long does a typical engagement take?
A Facility Diagnostic runs 90 days. Full architecture and structuring engagements typically span 12–16 weeks. DFI / donor programme work is scoped engagement by engagement.
Which markets do you work in?
Sub-Saharan Africa, with an active focus on East Africa partner banks. Our model is designed to be adapted across countries, banks, sectors and capital providers — we aim to activate at least five African markets by 2030.
What does a first conversation usually look like?
